Property Management Made Simple, Easy and Done Right!
Our Philosophy Sets Us Apart…
Property management should be a simple process. You have a property you’re needing managed. You want a good (and ideally long-term) tenant living in the property. You want to collect your rent money on time. You want your property to be in good shape when the lease comes to an end. Then, WHY DO MANY PEOPLE HAVE A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE?! We have our theories…
We’ve observed that many companies focus on “units”; “how many units do we have”, “how can we gain more units!”. We focus on servicing our “clients” AND “tenants”. Do you see the difference in priorities? When you focus on “units” you’re simply looking at numbers. Sure, we care about units as well; however, when your focus is on putting people first, we believe the numbers will naturally follow. This philosophy is interwoven into all things that we do.
Our Experience Drives our Systems and Processes…
As investors, we’ve seen it all and even experienced it all. Our solution was to create a property management company built on having the proper systems in place to prevent or get ahead of the many common pitfalls associated with managing properties. Our methods revolve around treating you AND the tenant as “More Than Just a Number”. With this approach in mind we work in a collaborative manner to help facilitate the rental process. From day one we lay out our comprehensive strategy that involves understanding the property owner’s needs and goals and then our plan to ensure their intent is met. We’re also equally involved with the tenants so we can ensure expectations are understood from the beginning. Our approach allows for all parties to be on the same page from the beginning and makes for a smooth experience.
Many property management companies focus purely on the number of properties managed and have a laser focus on the number rented. While this alone isn’t necessarily a bad thing, the problem comes with WHO the properties are being rented to. These companies often rent to the first person that puts in an application and qualifies based on “stated” finances. We have an extensive system in place that is intended to weed out bad tenants, effectively preventing most problems before they begin.
