Born into a family with a rich military background it was perhaps inevitable that Charleston enter the service, which he did, commissioning as an Army Officer after graduating from Old Dominion University. The combination of over a decade of military service, coupled with his civilian education and training taught him first hand the importance of truly understanding the needs of others and working together to get the desired outcome; summed up in one word, relationships!
Charleston attributes the rate at which he’s been able to attain success in real estate to the same key ingredients that contributed to his successful military career; competence, hard work, and a relationship-focused mindset. It was these same principles that laid the foundation for what would ultimately become Mission Accomplished Realty, a real estate company that prides itself on high standards, commitment to superior customer service, and the forming of lasting relationships with those we work with.
